★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono loro cliente da dieci anni. Luogo dove scegliere in serenità e relax un orologio di lusso e senza 'fiato sul collo' dei titolari. Molto bella la boutique. Ho dato tre stelle perché in caso di permuta, valutano molto basso, mentre il loro usato sale continuamente!
Da questo punto di vista le cose, ad oggi, sono molto cambiate, prima la permuta era valutata molto di più!
Ambiente e personale professionale.
 I've been their customer for ten years. A place where you can choose a luxury watch in serenity and relaxation without the 'breath on the neck' of the owners. The boutique is very nice. I gave it three stars because in case of trade-in, they rate very low, while their used one goes up continuously!
From this point of view, things have changed a lot to date, before the exchange was valued much more!

Sul sito fanno i fenomeni dicendo che fanno valutazioni istantanee direttamente mandando foto su whatsapp….ma in realtà non è così.
Scortesi anche nel rispondere dopo il sollecito.
Tanto fumo e poco arrosto!!

On the site they do the phenomena by saying that they make instant assessments directly by sending photos on whatsapp ... but in reality it is not so.
Even rude to respond after the reminder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio pazzesco con pezzi incredibili! Purtroppo, per quanto riguarda l’acquisto dell’orologio, non ho avuto il piacere di aver a che fare con il titolare. C’erano invece tre dipendenti che non mi sono sembrati per nulla competenti e professionali. Non mi hanno esposto le caratteristiche dell’orologio e rispondevano a monosillabi in maniera scocciata.
Assolutamente da rivedere le politiche di selezione del personale.
Crazy shop with amazing pieces! Unfortunately, as regards the purchase of the watch, I did not have the pleasure of dealing with the owner. Instead, there were three employees who did not seem to me at all competent and professional. They did not show me the characteristics of the watch and answered in monosyllables in an annoyed manner.
Personnel selection policies need to be reviewed.
