È un posto moderno nell'arredamento con piatti tradizionali rivisitati. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Unfortunately we have not booked and we have not found a place here. But the place intrigues us so much for its wine collection and the meats displayed at the entrance. It is a modern place in decor with revisited traditional dishes. We will definitely be back.
A	Annalisa Montagliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera sono stata a cena con degli amici, loro essendo del posto mi avevano già descritto la grande qualità che si può trovare in questa braceria. A mio avviso, servizio OTTIMO, i ragazzi che sono in sala sono super gentili e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Abbiamo iniziato da un antipasto. Ci è stata servita tutta roba di una qualità incredibile (lascio le foto in descrizione), fra le quali anche cose molto particolari come lo speck di anatra, carpaccio con noci e stracciatella e lonzino imperiale. Inoltre, con l'antipasto sono arrivate anche le scamorze con miele e peperoncino (davvero ma davvero buonissime) e uno spezzatino che si scioglieva in bocca. Successivamente abbiamo proseguito con una bistecca da 1 kg che il proprietario ci ha cotto e tagliato direttamente al tavolo, lasciandoci poi delle pietre laviche per scegliere a nostro piacimento la cottura. Io ho avuto anche la fortuna di poter assaggiare una tartare ottima, con stracciatella e noci. Abbiamo proseguito con i dolci e concluso con amari. Last night I went to dinner with some friends, they being local they had already described the great quality that can be found in this grill. In my opinion, EXCELLENT service, the guys who are in the room are super nice and available for every request. We started with an appetizer. We were served all stuff of an incredible quality (I leave the photos in the description), including very special things such as duck speck, carpaccio with walnuts and stracciatella and imperial loin. In addition, with the appetizer also came the scamorza with honey and chilli (really, really very good) and a stew that melted in your mouth. Then we continued with a 1 kg steak that the owner cooked and cut for us directly at the table, then leaving us some lava stones to choose how to cook. I was also lucky enough to be able to taste an excellent tartare, with stracciatella and walnuts. We continued with the desserts and concluded with amari.
