 I found myself very well, both in terms of assistance and for the assembly itself, excellent wiring. I also think the prices are reasonable. I am satisfied, the pc is a splinter. Recommended!

Absolutely NOT RELIABLE, they say to do this and that then 1 month later they tell you ah no ... we can't for our personal problems ... boh ... zero professionalism, private life must be outside the working one, NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ho avuto una complicanza nell'avviare il pc in quando comprai il pc senza sistema operativo windows (errore mio), ma, nonostante questo, il supporto post-vendita è stato veramente gentile, garbato e disponibile. Da non sottovalutare l'impegno e la passione che il personale dedica...mi aiutarono persino fuori orario lavorativo!! So già dove comprerò un pc nuovo in futuro per un mio familiare!
Ordered a beautiful $ 1500 PC and it arrived in a few days with no obvious problems or damage. I had a complication in starting the pc when I bought the pc without windows operating system (my mistake), but, despite this, the after-sales support was really kind, polite and helpful. Do not underestimate the commitment and passion that the staff dedicates ... they even helped me out of business hours !! I already know where I will buy a new pc in the future for a family member!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato questo PC come regalo per cresima e comunione di mio figlio. Siccome non trovavo configurazione desiderata ho scritto direttamente in una mail la configurazione che desideravo. Mi hanno risposto molto velocemente, abbiamo concordato altrettanto velocemente la configurazione che volevo. Chiesto che la consegna fosse entro i termini visto che era un regalo. Arrivato addirittura in anticipo, confezionato ed imballato perfettamente assieme a tutte le scatole e scatolette dei componenti utilizzati. Confrontato prezzi, costato meno assemblato da BPS che ordinare tutti i componenti su internet. Stefania bravissima e pazientissima. Tutto filato liscio e quindi 5 stelle d'ordinanza e con piacere.
Purchased this PC as a confirmation and communion gift for my son. Since I could not find the desired configuration, I wrote the configuration I wanted directly in an email. They answered me very quickly, we agreed on the configuration I wanted just as quickly. Asked that the delivery was on time as it was a gift. Arrived even in advance, perfectly packaged and packaged together with all the boxes and tins of the components used. Compare prices, cost less assembled by BPS than ordering all the components on the internet. Stefania very good and very patient. Everything went smoothly and therefore 5 stars by order and with pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a mid-range PC for Video Editing & Graphic work, so I researched several custom online PC builders, from Germany, the UK & Italy (including Dell Italy).
In the end, I purchased the PC from BPS Computer.
In my overall evaluation - considering assembly capability, shipping time, feedback response & warranty terms- their pricing was the most competitive plus they always behaved professionally.
Some highlights of the overall experience so far:
1)Support during the sales phase: Excellent. The interchange of technical information and build alternatives to arrive at the final configuration was indeed quick & smooth, via e-mail and phone.
2) Assembly: Good, It took around 12 working days.
3) Shipping: Very Good, it arrived in one day to my home in Milan. The Courier was very courteous and even agreed to take the package to the first floor as there is no lift here. BPS being based near Verona certainly facilitated the fast shipping time.
4) Packing: Very Good: well executed, double boxed, with cushioning material inside.
5) Quality of parts & assembly: Excellent: I thoroughly inspected the PC once unboxed. No scratches or blemishes were present. The components inside were all as specced - or better - than the purchased configuration. Very clean & tidy innards.
The motherboard box was also included. Inside there was all the documentation, the Win10 CD, the PC Burn-in Test Protocol, the Invoice, and all the miscellaneous component accessories.
6) Post Sale Support & Service, reliability: I have purchased this machine about one month ago and needed no support so far. However, I will update this review in the future to reflect the status of this aspect of the PC purchase.
7) System Configuration: i7-8700K, 32 GB RAM, GTX1660Ti GPU, 500GB SSD, 500GB M.2, PSU ATX 750watts Gold+, Double fan liquid CPU Cooler, MB GyGabyte Z390 WIFI Pro Aurus, Bequiet! Case.
Highly recommended!!
