★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza allo sportello di prelievo. Sembrava tutto funzionante, ma nel momento dell'inserimento del bancomat il sistema è andato il tilt e la carta è rimasta dentro.
La cosa preoccupante è che dopo qualche minuto è ripartita l'applicazione regolarmente e il dispositivo non si è accorto di avere una carta già inserita e accettava l'inserimento di una nuova tessera.
Bad experience at the withdrawal counter. Everything seemed to work, but when the ATM was inserted the system went into tilt and the card remained inside.
The worrying thing is that after a few minutes the application started again regularly and the device did not realize that it had a card already inserted and accepted the insertion of a new card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportello bancomat vecchio. Ho inserito il bancomat per prelevare e subito dopo l'ATM è crashato trattenendo la carta. Dopo il malfunzionamento l'ATM ha fatto un riavvio ed è tornato disponibile, per la sfortuna dei successivi clienti. Credo che il comportamento si possa ripetere con il prossimo cliente. Abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti che non è riuscito a contattare il titolare della banca e non è riuscito a disattivare il servizio Bancomat che chiaramente potrebbe causare nuovi disservizi come quello segnalato.
Old ATM machine. I entered the ATM to withdraw and immediately after the ATM crashed holding the card. After the malfunction, the ATM did a restart and became available again, to the misfortune of subsequent customers. I believe the behavior can be repeated with the next client. We contacted customer service who failed to contact the bank owner and failed to disable the ATM service which clearly could cause new disruptions such as the one reported.
