★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non esiste una consulenza di fiducia... Per loro il telefono non esiste e semmai dovessero per sbaglio rispondere ti rinviano a data da destinarsi... Non sono disponibili... Andate altrove perché è veramente assurdo che un cliente debba rivolgersi ad altri solo perché la sua filiale è irraggiungibile ..
There is no trustworthy advice ... For them the telephone does not exist and if they should accidentally answer they will postpone you to a later date ... They are not available ... Go elsewhere because it is really absurd that a customer should contact others only because its branch is unreachable ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che 0 stelle non si possono mettere . Ma è possibile che non risponda mai nessuno e quando finalmente rispondono ti dicono rimanga un attimo in attesa,passano 5 minuti e dopo si chiude la chiamata?? Ma un po' di serietà? Venite pagati con le caramelle ?
Too bad that 0 stars cannot be added. But is it possible that nobody ever answers and when they finally answer they tell you to remain waiting for a moment, 5 minutes pass and then the call is closed? But a little serious? Do you get paid with candy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non rispondono mai, e l'unica volta che hanno risposto hanno fatto finta di passarmi il collega per poi lasciarmi in attesa infinita fino a chiudere la chiamata! per fortuna riuscendo a prendere nuovamente la linea una dipendente gentilissima alla mia richiesta è andata a chiedere personalmente al responsabile.
They never answer the phone, and the only time they answered, they pretended to pass me the colleague and then leave me waiting endlessly until the call ended! luckily being able to take the line again, a very kind employee at my request went to personally ask the manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto la fila per il bancomat esterno che non ha consentito l operazione richiesta per una loro restrinzione.,ne faccio una nuova per quello interno ma dopo un ora passata ad aspettare quando arriva il mio turno non mi fanno entrare perché alle 12.45 chiudono i sistemi.
After having queued for the external ATM that did not allow the operation requested due to their restriction., I make a new one for the internal one but after an hour spent waiting for my turn to arrive they do not let me in because at 12.45 they close the systems.
