★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato 1 settimana fà e nonostante avessi l’appuntamento alle 12 l’operatore Diego oltre ad ignorarmi per 1 ora in cui mi dice di attendere ( pausa caffè , pausa chiacchierata , pausa telefonino ) inoltre nell’attesa si mette a servire amici e conoscenti privi di appuntamento e nonostante più volte gli è stato sollecitato del mio appuntamento io resto senza assistenza fino alle 13 . Servizio pessimo e poco professionale cambierò banca !
 I booked 1 week ago and despite having the appointment at 12 the operator Diego in addition to ignoring me for 1 hour in which he tells me to wait (coffee break, chat break, mobile phone break) also while waiting he starts to serve friends and acquaintances without an appointment and despite being asked for my appointment several times, I remain without assistance until 1pm. Bad and unprofessional service I will change banks!
