Fissato un appuntamento, viene disdetto circa 24 dopo lo spegnimento del frigo (per il quale era stata richiesta l'assistenza), tanto a pagare il contenuto del frigo che va a male, non sono loro. In più s'inventano delle chiamate effettuate dalla mattina e che il cliente non era in casa, aggredendo verbalmente, tra l'altro il cliente che nel frattempo ha pagato la "chiamata" di euro 35. Sconsigliatissimo.
