★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca disorganizatissima, al telefono non rispondono mai nonostante c'è un cartello all'ingresso dove dice chiamare per prenotare un appuntamento, nell'arco di una giornata ho telefonato 28 volte in tutte le ore mai risposto vergognosi.
Very disorganized bank, they never answer the phone even though there is a sign at the entrance where it says call to book an appointment, in the space of a day I phoned 28 times at all hours never answered shamefully.
