Stamattina ci siamo recati in Banca per chiedere delle informazioni e ancor prima di pronunciare 'A' subito siamo stati zittiti da una Addetta alla Consulenza dicendoci che non era possibile (parlo di una richiesta di un mutuo al 100%, che ovviamente è stata fatta pubblicità ingannevole). Ma io a prescindere già lo sapevo che nessuna Banca ti dà questa possibilità, la mia perplessità è che penso nessun cliente si merita di essere trattato come se fossimo stati degli 'appestati' a prescindere che uno fa parlare un cristiano prima di metterlo alla porta. Facciamo questo mestiere in egual modo anche io sono a contatto con il pubblico e non mi permetterei MAI di trattare un cliente come stamattina siamo stati trattati noi. Sono molto dispiaciuta. Unfortunately I would like to give 0 but it would perhaps be too excessive. This morning we went to the Bank to ask for information and even before saying 'A' we were immediately silenced by a Consultant, telling us that it was not possible (I am talking about a request for a 100% mortgage, which obviously was advertised misleading). But I, regardless, I already knew that no bank gives you this possibility, my perplexity is that I think no customer deserves to be treated as if we were 'plagued' regardless of whether one makes a Christian speak before putting him on the door. We do this job in the same way, I am also in contact with the public and I would NEVER allow myself to treat a customer as we were treated this morning. I am very sorry.
