They suddenly blocked my account for a simple update of personal data without being contacted by anyone before! I went in person to solve the problem but still after four or five days I always find myself with the blocked account. It is simply shameful ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è maleducazione ma ineducazine. L'impiegato non si è neppure degnato di aprire bocca, Mi ha allontanato con un gesto della mano come si fa con le zanzare. Complimenti, proprio come dovrebbe essere una banca. Vergognatevi.

Assolutamente sconsigliata, non lavora mai nessuno incluso il direttore e quei pochi che lavorano (due), sono anche incompetenti, altro che impiegati, potrebbero fare i bidelli forse. Non rispondono mai al telefono e se si va di persona vi accolgono come se stessero facendo un favore. Non meritano di custodire i nostri soldi se poi non possiamo né chiamare né presentarci li, è ora di cambiarla!
A real stall!
Absolutely not recommended, nobody ever works including the manager and those few who work (two), they are also incompetent, other than employees, they could be janitors perhaps. They never answer the phone and if you go in person they welcome you as if they were doing you a favor. They don't deserve to keep our money if we can't call or show up there, it's time to change it!
