★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato all’agenzia di Frascati. Esperienza molto negativa: mi ha accolto un signore (senza mascherina) che fin da subito si è mostrato poco disponibile mettendosi di traverso rispetto ad ogni mia richiesta di chiarimento. Ogni volta rispondeva “forse non mi sono spiegato…” (e infatti no, caro mio, ti spiegavi proprio male…) con un tono ai limiti dell’irrisorio. Mi ha dato l’impressione che fin dal primo istante non aveva intenzione di aiutarci (abbiamo due indeterminati con stipendi normali, senza debiti, e chiedevamo molto meno di 200mila euro… niente di eccezionale).
Lasciate perdere l’agenzia di Frascati
I went to the Frascati agency. Very negative experience: I was welcomed by a gentleman (without a mask) who immediately showed himself not very helpful, putting himself sideways with respect to my every request for clarification. Each time he replied "maybe I haven't explained myself ..." (and in fact, no, my dear, you explained yourself really badly ...) with a tone bordering on derision. He gave me the impression that from the first moment he had no intention of helping us (we have two permanent wages with normal salaries, without debt, and we were asking for much less than 200 thousand euros ... nothing exceptional).
