Bel servizio clienti, complimenti.
Oltre al fatto che col passaggio da Ubi a BPER, per l’utente medio si è complicato tutto, sono stati tolti alcuni servizi, e l’accesso ai servizi digitali è diventato un inferno, il fatto che non si riesca a prendere linea ne con la propria filiale ne col numero verde, dimostra la vostra serietà.
La scusa del “siamo in un periodo di transizione” si può usare nel primo mese, non dopo 6 mesi.
Cosa dire, appena avrò la possibilità e il tempo da dedicarci, sicuramente cambierò banca.
Edit: ho riprovato successivamente, ma nulla, ho come da sito provato tramite whatsapp, lo danno come servizio, funzionerà? Ovviamente no.

In addition to the fact that with the transition from Ubi to BPER, everything became complicated for the average user, some services were removed, and access to digital services has become hell, the fact that it is not possible to take line or with your branch with the toll-free number demonstrates your seriousness.
The excuse of “we are in a transition period” can be used in the first month, not after 6 months.
What to say, as soon as I have the opportunity and the time to dedicate to it, I will certainly change banks.
Edit: I tried again later, but nothing, I have tried it via whatsapp as per site, they give it as a service, will it work? Obviously not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiami per fissare un appuntamento e non rispondono mai, dopo oltre un anno e mezzo dalla chiusura conto per decesso, arrivano solleciti di pagamento per un mutuo che ha cambiato nominativo! E ciliegina sulla torta.... Se richiedi una carta prepagata, dopo averti chiesto a cosa ti serve, ti viene negata perché non sei un cliente di un certo livello. Pazzesco, peccato che meno di una stella non si può dare.
