Da tornare ed assaggiare il resto che offre il menù
 I arrived here as a "fallback" not having found a place elsewhere.
The fallback has become first choice
Nice and tastefully furnished place
Friendly owner as well as the rest of the staff
I had a very good Iberian jamon appetizer and a masterfully cooked Florentine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole scoperta … nel cuore Chiari. L’ambiente è molto caldo e accogliente d’inverno, ma sono sicura che anche in estate i tavoli all’aperto offrono una piacevolissima sosta nel vicoletto dove il ristorante si trova.
Tutto molto buono , in particolar modo il panettone artigianale a fine pasto
A pleasant discovery… in the Chiari heart. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming in winter, but I am sure that even in summer the outdoor tables offer a very pleasant stop in the alley where the restaurant is located.
All very good, especially the artisan panettone at the end of the meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tante aspettative a altrettante delusioni. Tavoli che non rispettano le distanze delle disposizioni del 26 Aprile circa la distanza tra i tavoli. Vino portato con la bottiglia già aperta ma poi bene per gli antipasti. Poi una serie di foult dalle posate non cambiate ma solamente spostate dal piatto al tavolo al servizio dei bucatini all'amatriciana (X due) serviti in padella senza il piatto per la divisione della pietanza. Fiorentina cotta male e servita peggio, due strati di suola con in mezzo carne completamente cruda e sanguinante, una cotoletta fritta invisibile, come da foto.
So many expectations to as many disappointments. Tables that do not respect the distances of the provisions of April 26 regarding the distance between the tables. Wine brought with the bottle already open but then good for appetizers. Then a series of foults with unchanged cutlery but only moved from plate to table to serve bucatini all'amatriciana (X two) served in a pan without the plate for dividing the dish. Florentine cooked poorly and served worse, two layers of sole with completely raw and bloody meat in between, an invisible fried cutlet, as shown in the photo.

La sorpresa: " una esplosione di sapori' !!!
C’è poco da dire…lo chef e il resto dello staff è eccellete nel lavoro che fa! Abbiamo goduto ogni portata, la scelta adattissima di vini, l‘ambiente così come la gentilezza della proprietaria e di tutti i dipendenti. Grazie di questa eccellente esperienza.
Da ripetere.

There is little to say ... the chef and the rest of the staff excel at the work they do! We enjoyed every course, the very suitable choice of wines, the environment as well as the kindness of the owner and all the employees. Thanks for this excellent experience.

Locale pieno ma molto ben organizzato e gestito...location molto bella e cibo veramente curato e buono.
Griglieria ad opera del proprietario, a VISTA nella saletta centrale.
Abbiamo mangiato una fiorentina e devo ammettere che nonostante non sia stata portata sulla piastra, la cottura era ottima e il sapore davvero eccellente (carne e sentore di fuoco sono un connubio eccellente!)
Consigliato!

Full place but very well organized and managed ... very nice location and really nice and good food.
Grill by the owner, in VIEW in the central room.
We ate a Florentine and I must admit that although it was not brought to the plate, the cooking was excellent and the flavor really excellent (meat and a hint of fire are an excellent combination!)
Recommended!
Price in the norm!
