B	Barbara Saletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se volete mangiar bene conviene che vi fermiate al Bistrot della Filanda, nelle foto vedete prevalentemente pizze perché meritano una menzione di riguardo: se volete una pizza dall’impasto ottimo, di qualità, che non vi faccia morire di sete la notte, condita con i migliori ingredienti, è qui che dovete venire. Anche il ristorante è ottimo e molto curato dalla padrona di casa che sa ben coccolare i suoi commensali. Consigliatissimo! If you want to eat well agrees that stop over at the Bistrot of the Spinning Mill, in the pictures you see mostly pizzas because they deserve a mention in this regard: if you want a good pizza from mixing, quality, that does not make you die of the night thirsty, seasoned with best ingredients, this is where you should come. Discorso a parte per il cibo, trovo che la pizza gourmet, quantomeno quella con la burrata, sia decisamente migliorabile, sia in quanto a presentazione che a prezzo, a me è sembrata più una focacciona con spalmata sopra un po' di burrata che altro. Anche la spigola, probabilmente il piatto più costoso del menù (25€), era troppo cotta, quasi al limite della legnosità. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva con diverse riserve sul cibo Very welcoming place, perfect for an evening with friends, warm and relaxed atmosphere. Regarding the food aside, I find that gourmet pizza, at least the one with burrata, can be definitely improved, both in terms of presentation and price, to me it seemed more like a focacciona with a bit of burrata than anything else. The sea bass, probably the most expensive dish on the menu (€ 25), was also overcooked, almost on the verge of woodiness. All in all positive experience with several reservations about food

La battuta di fassona fresca ma per niente tenera: anni luce dal poter dire che si scioglie in bocca. Il calice di prosecco sgasato, presumo aperto da uno o due giorni. Finito il prosecco chiedo un calice di rosso e la cameriera me lo versa nel bicchiere dove avevo bevuto il prosecco senza neanche dirmi cosa mi stava versando... Servizio molto lento nonostante i coperti fossero occupati a metà. Cameriera e signora molto gentili. The location is nice with exposed brick vaults. The pizza is good with carefully chosen raw materials. Now the painful notes. Fresh but not tender fassona tartare: light years from being able to say that it melts in your mouth. The goblet of sparkling prosecco, I presume it has been open for one or two days. Best pizza ever for 8, but why 6 Euros for a cup of Cola?! If the pizza was 14, I would not say the word. Disappointment. Of course, nobody speaks English. End why discuss? A foreigner in an empty restaurant. Take what you can, while he's there. Why do you need such a small scam, and you have the perfect restaurant and make a perfect pizza? Of course I'm not ask for the price of Coca Cola, if the pizza is 7-10 Euros. I do not even care if you've calculated "coperto" or what ...
