Premessso che il periodo è complicato per tutti, e in più in questa banca c'è anche una fusione in atto, penso che se uno mette una recensione, secondo me questa deve essere scevra da esiti o condizioni positive o negative delle varie pratiche. Do un parere positivo anche in questo, seppure con qualche piccola spesa in più rispetto ad altri istituti, è evidente una maggiore qualità del servizio. Le condizioni si possono poi sempre contrattare e se non vanno bene nessuno obbliga a sottoscriverle. Anche in questo la disponibilità e soprattutto la sincerità del personale è sempre ad alti livelli. Infine, mettendo le stelline qui si valuta l'efficienza della filiale e delle persone che la compongono, e la mia testimonianza è assolutamente positiva perchè tutti, dai cassieri ai dirigenti, sono super-competenti e stra disponibili, sia nell'operatività standard che nella risoluzione di piccoli o grandi problemi. Anche il lavoro in team è ben strutturato: quando ad esempio manca un referente c'è subito un collega che si prodiga per dare una mano. Sicuramente tutte le persone che lavorano lì dentro si vede che si danno un gran da fare, e non è sempre detto che sia così. I write because I have seen some negative reviews and I am very amazed. Teamwork is also well structured: for example, when a contact person is missing, there is immediately a colleague who does his utmost to help. Surely all the people who work there you can see that they are very busy, and this is not always the case.
