★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera e propria istituzione, siamo nella capitale del bue Grasso ma qui troverete il meglio di qualsiasi animale, bovini, suini, caprini finanche agli animali da cortile ( non fatevi sfuggire il cappone di Morozzo). Poi la gentilezza e la professionalità dei macellai fa il resto. Ah dimenticavo e per finire a prezzi molto vantaggiosi.
L'unica pecca è a volte un po' di attesa, ma con più calma si può meglio osservare i prodotti, davvero di prima qualità.
A real institution, we are in the capital of the ox Grasso but here you will find the best of any animal, cattle, pigs, goats even to the farmyard animals (do not miss the Morozzo capon). Then the kindness and professionalism of the butchers does the rest. Ah I forgot and to finish at very advantageous prices.
The only flaw is sometimes a bit of waiting, but more calmly you can better observe the products, really of first quality.
