★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse darei 0 stelle per il punto vendita all'interno del centro commerciale i Gigli.
Prodotti vecchi che presentano strani grumi marroni all'interno dei detergenti viso e commesse che cercano di venderti qualsiasi cosa - asciugamani e stupidaggini varie che con i loro prodotti c'entrano ben poco - in modo insistente, per non parlare del modo in cui si pongono, dando priorità a chi si fa intortare e convincere ad acquistare mille cose in più con la scusa degli sconti e fregandosene di trattare bene anche clienti che sono lì per acquistare solo due o tre prodotti. O forse contano solo i soldi di chi si fa convincere a comprare qualsiasi cosa?
5 stelle super meritate invece per il punto Bottega Verde in centro a Prato, nel quale più che volentieri spendo spesso anche cifre importanti che al punto BV dei Gigli non darei neanche se ci fosse il fuori tutto.
Il negozio è ben tenuto, le addette alla vendita sempre gentili e disponibili. Hanno da poco rinnovato i locali, cambiando di poco zona ma restando nelle vicinanze del vecchio punto vendita, molto molto carino.

Old products that have strange brown lumps inside the face cleansers and shop assistants trying to sell you anything - towels and other nonsense that have very little to do with their products - in an insistent way, not to mention the way they look , giving priority to those who are misled and persuaded to buy a thousand more things with the excuse of discounts and not giving a damn to treat well even customers who are there to buy only two or three products. Or maybe only the money of those who are persuaded to buy anything matter?
On the other hand, 5 super stars deserved for the Bottega Verde point in the center of Prato, where I more than willingly often spend important amounts that I would not give at the BV dei Gigli point even if it were all out.
The shop is well maintained, the sales staff are always friendly and helpful. They have recently renovated the premises, slightly changing the area but remaining in the vicinity of the old store, very very nice.
