Mai vista questa commessa, e spero di non rivederla.

I was right now, (Sunday afternoon) inside the shop in via sampieri, I ran away immediately. I would recommend a good communication and customer management course to the staff.
Never seen this order, and I hope not to see it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottega verde propone prodotti di qualità e anche ottime offerte... le commesse però dovrebbero farti sentire a tuo agio e non a disagio, devono saper comunicare con la clientela con chiunque a prescindere se simpatico o antipatico, penso che possono migliorare questo aspetto sicuramente. Ma il negozio in se merita.
Bottega verde offers quality products and also excellent offers ... but orders should make you feel at ease and not uncomfortable, they must be able to communicate with customers with anyone regardless of whether they are nice or unpleasant, I think they can certainly improve this aspect. But the shop itself deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be' direi che mi sarei aspettata un altro trattamento, con anni di clienterato e soprattutto dopo aver messo i punti che chiedono, raddoppiarli con acquisti, laddove occorre x terminare la raccolta...scordarsi di recarsi dinuovo in negozio per non so cosa altro fare, entro la data imposta....6 mesi buttati all'aria!
