★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto tre stelle per come sono stata trattata qualche settimana fa mentre compravo i regali di natale, nei periodi normali le commesse sono sempre carine e disponibili e anche sta volta per carità.... Ma non riescono a gestire i momenti di caos; alla cassa mentre pagavo non mi hanno chiesto ne se volevo un sacchetto, ne se volevo il pacchetto regalo e manco mi hanno lasciato i soliti campioncini e mi hanno fatto uscire con tutta la roba in mano. Se sapevo che era così andavo al solito punto vendita in stazione centrale a Milano!
I put three stars for how I was treated a few weeks ago while I was buying Christmas gifts, in normal times the orders are always nice and available and also this time for charity .... But they can't manage the moments of chaos; at the cashier while I was paying they didn't ask me if I wanted a bag, or if I wanted the gift package and they didn't even leave me the usual samples and let me go out with all the stuff in my hand. If I knew this was the case, I went to the usual store in Milan's central station!
