β β β β β I came here Rome for my honeymoon. I tried Velasca shoes and I didnt have no choice but to buy the nice shoe! I felt great fitting with shoe and it was super light. It seems that its been made for me. All shoes in this store are handmade. Handmade skills would be the one make this store shoes special. One thing that I want to stress is the Manager βMarcoβ. He has not only deep knowledge but also spirit of service.

β β β β β Went here on my vacation to Rome and it was a fantastic experience. The shoes look, fit, and feel great. The service is superb as well! The store manager, Marco, made sure I got the exact right fit and gave his honest opinions, which I truly appreciated. I also asked him for recommendations on where to get suits and he was able to provide! Shopping here was a great experience and I canβt wait for this brand to come the the USA

β β β β β Very disappointed by the service here. After waiting close to 30mn for service, I was told to go to the store in Roma Centro - it was 15mn from closing. The store clerk called the other the store to confirm i could get attended in the likely event of my arrival after closing. With this green light I rushed to the other but unfortunately upon getting to the second store, I am told I wouldnβt be able to enter given closing. Very surprised by this especially given that I was guaranteed I would be serviced.
