Poca serietà:con quello che paghi quelle calzature francamente esigo piu' chiarezza già al momento dell'acquisto. non credo ci rimettero' piede. Non ci tornerò mai più e per quanto posso spargerò la voce. Molto meglio BIESSE sempre in Prati, ricercati nei brand, gentili e accorti con i clienti, sempre disponibili, un altro pianeta. Quando ho chiesto entro quanto fosse possibile effettuare il reso mi è stato detto entro pochi giorni, mentre sul sito veniva riportato entro 14. Purtroppo il prodotto uguale non poteva essere sostituito per mancanza di un numero uguale, e quando ho chiesto di venirmi incontro siccome volevo tenere quella colorazione non c'è stato modo di trovare un accordo. Quando si acquista un prodotto che costa più di 200€ ci si aspetta di ottenerlo immacolato. Non acquisterò sicuramente più, nonostante il negozio sembrasse offrire prodotti molto belli.
