Numeri uno come prodotti, qualità, cortesia e professionalità.
Per l'ennesima volta, le fiorentine che mi sono state servite, pur nella mia impossibilità di poterle cuocere sulle braci, ma in una comune bistecchiera, non avevano assolutamente nulla da invidiare a rinomati locali toscani.
Semplicemente strepitose.

For the umpteenth time, the Florentine dishes that I was served, despite my impossibility of being able to cook them on the coals, but in a common grill pan, had absolutely nothing to envy to renowned Tuscan restaurants.
Simply amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche con la Bottega Rizzieri si va a colpo sicuro. Macelleria e salumeria molto ben assortita di alimenti esclusivamente di altissima qualità. Ti accorgi della differenza già dal colore, poi dall'odore prima e durante la cottura ed infine per consistenza e gusto... sublime ed indescrivibile. Finalmente anche a Ferrara. P.S.: I COTECHINI SONO POESIA PURA
Even with the Bottega Rizzieri you go without fail. Butcher and delicatessen very well stocked with only the highest quality food. You notice the difference already in the color, then in the smell before and during cooking and finally in texture and taste ... sublime and indescribable. Finally also in Ferrara.
