Ho acquistato del filetto e degli hamburger, ritengo siano prodotti molto interessanti, una carne delicata, veloce da cucinare, morbida. Conoscevo il prodotto "struzzo" ed anche in questo caso ha mantenuto le aspettative, il sig. De Padova mi ha suggerito alcuni accorgimenti per la cottura, è possibile visitare l'allevamento previa telefonata
