★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è poco da dire ma molto da assaporare, è probabilmente l'unico salumificio "artigianale" rimasto in circolazione, i suoi prodotti di distinguono da tutti gli altri che sono diventati oramai semi industriali, spiccano il salame e il cotechino ma anche guanciale e lonzino ecc. ecc.
Si percepisce il prodotto casalino. Fantastico! Bravi!
