★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post vendita inesistente, promesse non mantenute e non si fanno trovare i diretti responsabili a cui avevo fatto riferimeto.
Oltre al danno anche la beffa: mi inviano una tessera con scritto "servizi che fanno la differenza" vergognatevi che è meglio!
Una concessionaria peggiore non mi poteva capitare.
Aggiungo una stella solo per la riparazione effettuata, cosa tra l'altro che doveva già essere stata fatta; richiesta dal 19 novembre, non nel periodo delle festività.
Le 2 volte che sono sono dovuto ritornare e che avevo chiesto cortesemente di caricarmi la macchina elettrica (avevo 200 km di strada da fare) non è mai stata fatta e ho dovuto aspettare lì ore che si caricasse. Le 2 persone che ho trovato in quelle occasioni mi hanno detto che non c'erano loro ad occuparsene, e che quindi non era colpa loro... Incredibile.
Mi sono sentito dire inoltre che non dovevano ricaricarmi la macchina ogni volta che andavo li e gli ho spiegato che se non fosse stato necessario, visto i km che dovevo percorrere, non avrei disturbato con questa richiesta.

A worse dealership couldn't happen to me.
I add a star only for the repair done, which by the way must have already been done; required from November 19th, not during the holiday period.
The 2 times that I had to return and I had kindly asked to charge the electric car (I had 200 km of road to go) it was never done and I had to wait there for hours for it to charge. The 2 people I met on those occasions told me that they weren't there to take care of it, so it wasn't their fault ... Incredible.
I also heard that they did not have to recharge my car every time I went there and I explained that if it was not necessary, given the kilometers I had to travel, I would not have bothered with this request.
