Autoservice Niederstätter ha messo in vendita su Autoscout una VW Polo a ottobre a 11.300 €. Ho contattato il sig. Klaus perchè volevo acquistare la macchina. Ci siamo accordati sul giorno e l'ora per fare il passaggio di proprietà, ma il giorno dopo mi ha scritto una email dicendomi che una persona era disposta a pagare 11.500 € e che quindi voleva vendere la macchina per quella cifra. Tutto questo DOPO essersi accordato con me. Alla fine gli ho detto che l'avrei pagata 11.500 € anche io e dopo essermi nuovamente accordato per l'incontro, il giorno seguente mi ha chiamato per dirmi che aveva venduto l'auto alla persona che gli aveva offerto di più per "tenersi il cliente" che avrebbe poi fatto i tagliandi da lui. Inaffidabilità e poca professionalità. Il profitto viene prima della parola. Non perdeteci tempo.
Autoservice Niederstätter put a VW Polo up for sale on Autoscout in October for € 11,300. I contacted Mr. Klaus because I wanted to buy the car. We agreed on the day and time to make the change of ownership, but the next day he wrote me an email telling me that a person was willing to pay € 11,500 and therefore wanted to sell the car for that amount. All this AFTER settling with me. In the end I told him that I would pay € 11,500 for it too and after I agreed again for the meeting, the next day he called me to tell me that he had sold the car to the person who had offered him more to "keep the customer "who would then have the coupons done by him. Unreliability and lack of professionalism. Profit comes before the word. Don't waste your time.

Bin vor ziemlich genau zwei Jahren mit Getriebeschaden in Südtirol liegengeblieben. Das Gebtriebe wurde in der Werkstatt geschweisst und repariert (auchSchwungrad, Kupplung ect.wurden getauscht) und läuft noch einwandfrei. Hab schon wieder über 20.000 km draufgefahren. Preis fürdie Rep warauch OK.
Lost in South Tyrol almost exactly two years ago with gearbox damage. The drive was welded in the workshop and repaired (also flywheel, clutch ect.wurden exchanged) and is still running properly. Have again driven over 20,000 km. Price for the rep was also OK.

Wir waren in Südtirol im Urlaub und hatten vor zwei Wochen mit unserem älteren Jaguar einen Radlagerschaden in Bozen. Der Wagen war nicht mehr fahrbar. Anruf bei Jaguar in Bozen - Antwort: Wir können den Wagen nicht reparieren, zu alt. Ein Taxifahrer empfahl uns daraufhin diese Werkstatt. Der Wagen wurde trotz 60 km Entfernung per Tieflader dorthin gebracht. Was dann folgte, verschlug mir als alten Hasen die Sprache. Check des Fahrzeugs, Diagnose der Probleme, Bestellung der Teile. Eine Buchse der Achsaufnahme war nicht zu bekommen. Also liess das Niederstätter-Team kurzerhand ein Teil von einem Metallbauer nachfertigen. Für die Dauer der Reparatur bekamen wir kostenfrei ein Ersatzfahrzeug. Die präsentierte Rechnung war mehr als fair. Der Wagen läuft wieder prima, unser Urlaub war gerettet. Anzumerken wäre noch, dass sich diese Geschichte innerhalb von 48 Stunden abgespielt hat. Hut ab vor Klaus und seinem Super-Team. 100 Punkte.
We were on holiday in South Tyrol and two weeks ago our older Jaguar had a damaged wheel bearing in Bolzano. The car was no longer drivable. Called Jaguar in Bolzano - Answer: We can't repair the car, it's too old. A taxi driver then recommended this workshop to us. Despite a distance of 60 km, the car was brought there by low loader. As an old hand, I was speechless about what followed. Check the vehicle, diagnose the problems, order the parts. A socket for the axle mount was not available. So the Niederstätter team had a part reproduced by a metalworker without further ado. We received a replacement vehicle free of charge for the duration of the repair. The bill presented was more than fair. The car runs fine again, our vacation was saved. It should also be noted that this story played out within 48 hours. Hats off to Klaus and his super team. 100 points.

Ich bin aus Monza und hab mir vor 1 1/2 Monaten ein Fahrzeug gekauft and dem eine Anhängekupplung zu montieren war. Ich hab einige Angebote eingeholt und das beste Preis/Leistung verhältnis genommen. Ich wurde dann gleich angerufen und es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Kupplung erst in 20 Tagen geliefert wird. Die 20 Tage waren um und ich wurde um eine weitere Woche vertröstet. Diese woche endete am letzten Montag 31.05 an diesem Tag wurde ich wieder um 10 tage vertröstet. Das war dann der Punkt,an dem ich die Kupplung abbestellt habe und eine andere Werkstatt kontacktierte. Offensuchtlich gab es in Mailand keine Werkstatt die innerhalb 1 Woche eine Kupplung montieren konnte. Ich brauchte die aber spätestens am Sonntag 06.06. Ich habe dann am Montag 31.05 mein Glück bei Autoservice Niederstätter in Vilanders versucht und mit dem Cheff Kurt telefoniert. Dieser schaffte es glatt eine Premium Kupplung zu organisieren welch am Freitag um 15:00 von UPS angeliefert wurde. Kurt hat sich sofort an die Arbeit gemacht und mit der Montage begonnen. Heute Samstag um 11:15 habe ich den erlösenden Anruf erhalten, das Auto ist fertig und abholbereit. Chapeau für diese Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit. Danke Kurt, du hast mir ein Problem in 4 Tagen gelöst was sämtliche Werkstätten in 6 Wochen nicht imstande ware . 100% Weiterempfehlung!!! 5 Sterne ist eideutig zu wenig!!
I'm from Monza and 1 1/2 months ago I bought a vehicle that had to be fitted with a trailer coupling. I got some offers and got the best price / performance ratio. I was then called immediately and was told that the clutch would not be delivered for 20 days. The 20 days were up and I was put off for another week. This week ended on the last Monday, May 31st, on this day I was put off again for 10 days. That was the point at which I canceled the clutch and contacted another workshop. Obviously there was no workshop in Milan that could assemble a clutch within 1 week. But I needed them by Sunday 06.06 at the latest. On Monday, May 31st, I tried my luck at Autoservice Niederstätter in Vilanders and called the boss Kurt. He managed to organize a premium clutch which was delivered by UPS on Friday at 3:00 p.m. Kurt immediately got to work and started assembly. Today, Saturday at 11:15 am I received the call to release me, the car is ready and ready to be picked up. Chapeau for this performance and reliability. Thank you Kurt, you solved a problem for me in 4 days which all workshops would not be able to do in 6 weeks. 100% recommendation !!! 5 stars is clearly not enough !!
