Bikeworld hat am Samstag 19.09.20 die Stellung meines Sattels zusammen mit meiner Körpergröße und Stellung der Pedale vermessen. Im Nachgang bekam ich statt eines neuen Sattels einen negativen Lenkervorbau. Seither ist das biken ein Traum!!! Mir schlafen die Füße nicht mehr ein und ich habe das Bike besser im Griff. Vielen lieben Dank!! Tolle Leistung, bei der der Kunde echt im Mittelpunkt steht.
Bikeworld measured the position of my saddle together with my height and position of the pedals on Saturday 19.09.20. Afterwards I got a negative handlebar stem instead of a new saddle. Since then biking has been a dream! My feet don't fall asleep anymore and I have a better grip on the bike. Thank you so much!! Great performance in which the customer is really the focus.

Vielen Dank für den schnellen Federgabel Service bei meinem Alpencross(Abends um 17.30Uhr abgegeben Morgens 09.00Uhr abgeholt ).Ohne dich wäre die Tour für mich nach zwei Tagen schon beendet gewesen. Der Inhaber ist sehr kompetent und der Preis war mit 60 Euro mehr als Fair.Die Gabel mußte in den Folgetagen einiges durchmachen und hat das bravourös bestanden. Kann euch das Geschäft nur weiterempfehlen.
Thank you for the quick suspension fork service at my Alpencross (delivered in the evening at 5.30pm, picked up in the morning at 9.00am). Without you, the tour would have ended for me after two days. The owner is very competent and the price was more than fair at 60 euros. The fork had to go through a lot in the following days and passed it brilliantly. Can only recommend the shop to you.

Toller Laden. Super Service. Uns konnte in ganz Brixen nicht mit einer Shimano Di2 geholfen werden. Aber hier ist ein Fachmann am Werk.
Great shop. Super Service. We couldn't be helped with a Shimano Di2 in all of Bressanone. But there is a professional at work here.

Sostituita catena 9v rotta durante un cicloviaggio. Ho chiamato prima e mi han confermato di avere una Shimano 9v, prezzo totale 40-45€. A lavoro ultimato il prezzo è diventato 55€, e ho notato subito che la catena saltava sui primi tre pignoni. La risposta è stata che dovevo cambiare anche il pacco pignoni (che è stato cambiato a gennaio, e ha 600km). Non lo faccio cambiare, pago, noto che mi ha rimesso la falsa maglia (che inizialmente non voleva montare), chiedo se è nuova e mi risponde di si. Percorro 70km fino a Mezzocorona, la catena mi si apre di nuovo sulla falsa maglia, che ahimè scopro essere la mia vecchia e non una nuova. Mi fermo al primo Decathlon, compro una KNC da 13€, la monto, olio la trasmissione, e tutto torna normale. Peccato, 55€ buttati via ma soprattutto la sensazione di essere stati fregati. Ps. parlare tra di voi in tedesco e non farsi capire dal cliente non è cortese né professionale.
Replaced 9v chain broken during a cycle trip. I called earlier and they confirmed that I have a Shimano 9v, total price 40-45 €.
