Sono stati molto professionali e celeri nello scoprire che la causa era dovuta ad una infiltrazione d'acqua dovuta ad un condotto ostruito. Sostituite le parti danneggiate, la macchina è tornata nuova ora sono circa 4 mesi che la utilizzo e il problema non si è più presentato. Non posso che consigliare l'officina Venturoli, grazie Giacomo! I went to the Venturoli workshop for a repair to a fault in the air conditioning fan of my gray SLK. Il problema si e’ ripresentato appena ritirata l’auto, e la loro risposta e’ che non rifaranno pagare la diagnosi ma addebiteranno la riparazione. ( che a al prezzo già pagato sarebbe dovuta già essere stata fatta) Costi orari di mano d’opera doppi confronto i prezzi di mercato. Una truffa senza pari. Very bad experience! Un bravo particolare a Salvatore ingambissimo. Bravi tutti,cortesia gentilezza anche nel reparto amministrativo, ma soprattutto ripeto competenza, non sempre facile da trovare. Bravi avanti cosi. In effetti se mi sta durando tanto è soprattutto per merito loro: la prima volta che ci sono andato (appunto 13 anni fa) era per un grosso problema elettronico. Nessuno ci capiva (casa madre Opel, meccanico abituale, altri elettrauto). Loro me l'hanno sistemata definitivamente da allora.E meno male, perché rischiavo di dovermene disfare. Un bel bravo quindi a Guido (la cui educazione e capacità di analisi dei guasti sono ben oltre la media) e all'officina in generale. Se sistemano qualcosa è perché va sistemato (non sono nè disonesti nè improvvisati) e nessuno lí ci deve mettere più mano, perché il lavoro è fatto a regola d'arte. E bravo anche Giacomo che oggi mi ha sistemato (a buon prezzo!!) l'aria condizionata. I've been going to them for about 13 years with the same car (which is now 27 years old). l	lui fa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scortesia e poca professionalità . pretendeva sessanta euro per una "diagnosi "che diagnosi non era in quanto non sapeva la macchina cosa aveva e solo per capire qual era il vero problema mi chiedava altre cinque ore in economia pagate. secondo il proprietario la macchina poteva aveva dei problemi al turbo o fantomatiche valvole da nome strano con una spesa che si aggirava dai 700/800 euro fino a 1500. bhe bastava solo aprire il cofano e guardare alla vecchia maniera. il mio meccanico l ha fatto , ha notato subito un tubo squarciato e con 90 euro e un ora e mezzo di lavoro mi ha aggiustato la macchina. CERTE ATTIVITA DOVREBBERO CHIUDERE. DUSONESTE E POCO PROFESSIONALI. Per ultima cosa voleva poi 20 euro per dell inesistente gasolio che asseriva di aver aggiunto ma che dalla lancetta del serbatoio non si vedeva e pwr di piu mi ha fatto lasciare l auto alle 8.30 mi ha fatto tornate in taxi e dopo un ora e mezzo mi ha richiamato n officina dovo ho dovuto riprendere un taxi. IMBARAZZANTE STATE LONTANI . discourtesy and lack of professionalism.
