Spesso occorre ordinarli e questo indica la loro freschezza. Consiglio la visita il venerdì pomeriggio quando vengono sfornati favolosi biscotti di mandorla (quelli con le scagliette sono sublimi). Titolare, nonché pasticcere, amichevole ed accogliente. Pastry shop located outside the center of Avola in a neighboring area. Simple place that must not deceive the quality of the products which are excellent. Often it is necessary to order them and this indicates their freshness. I recommend the visit on Friday afternoon when fabulous almond cookies are baked (those with flakes are sublime). Owner, as well as pastry chef, friendly and welcoming.

Per non parlare della gentilezza dei proprietari, unica e incomparabile.. Oltre alla pasticceria classica e alle torte, vi trovate anche gelato, granite (3/4 gusti), conetti gelato, cassate e squisiti dolcetti di pasta di mandorle (artigianali e quindi non confezionati). Ma il top, secondo me, sono i cannoli: cialda di produzione propria, ripiena fino all'inverosimile di ricotta oppure crema o cioccolato. Da provare assolutamente se siete ad Avola. Proprietari e personale molto cortesi. Not huge pastry, perhaps not with much choice, but this is also a symptom that everything on offer is absolutely artisanal. In addition to classic pastries and cakes, you will also find ice cream, granite (3/4 flavors), ice cream cones, cassata and exquisite almond paste sweets (artisanal and therefore not packaged).
