We just picked up the car, the Cupra Formentor. Delivery in shorter time than expected. The Alvise dealer was very friendly and professional. Un anno in cui ho girato mille concessionarie con auto favolose, ma a pelle i venditori non mi hanno mai soddisfatto a pieno nei modi di fare e sopratutto nella trasparenza nel spiegare le cose e sopratutto le condizioni commerciali. Mi sono dovuto ricredere quando sono entrato in Seat Borsoi per valutare una Cupra Formetor. Ho trovato un personale altamente qualificato, lucido e sopratutto chiaro nell’esporre le condizioni commerciali. Un ringraziamento Particolare va ad Alvise, la quale, nonostante un errore commesso dalla loro amministrazione Borsoi, ha saputo mantenere il controllo della situazione e ha cercato più volte di risolvere il problema nel minor tempo possibile, nonostante questo non era di competenza del venditore. Detto questo posso solo confermare che alla fine dei 36 mesi di noleggio saprò dove andare, ma soprattutto a quale venditore rivolgermi per il mio prossimo acquisto o noleggio. A year in which I have toured a thousand dealerships with fabulous cars, but the sellers have never fully satisfied me in the ways of doing things and above all in the transparency in explaining things and above all the commercial conditions. I had to change my mind when I entered Seat Borsoi to evaluate a Cupra Formetor. I found highly qualified, lucid and above all clear staff in explaining the commercial conditions. A special thanks goes to Alvise, who, despite a mistake made by their Borsoi administration, was able to keep control of the situation and tried several times to solve the problem as quickly as possible, although this was not the responsibility of the seller. Having said that I can only confirm that at the end of the 36 months of rental I will know where to go, but above all which seller to contact for my next purchase or rental.
