★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend this hotel since my wallet was stolen in the building when I went to pay for the city VAT & the hotel service didn’t even care a little when I asked for help. VERY disappointed, I travel twice a month & this is by far the worst place I’ve ever been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such a disappointment. During our stay the hot water didn’t work so we couldn’t take a shower, which it’s a basic need. We didn’t get an apology or any money compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is 100 feet from the Vatican wall & only 350 feet from St. Peters Square, BUT this is not a real hotel. This is an old building that has been retrofitted with 5 rooms, but each does have a bath and a moderate a/c unit in the room. Front desk is only staffed part time, so make sure to get the entry code before arriving, otherwise you could be waiting outside for hours waiting for entry. Great location, but recommend another hotel if at all possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is very close to the Vatican City and museum. Restaurants are just a block over. The closest metro station is about 6 blocks away, maybe 10 minute walk. The staff was awesome! She helped with understanding the map and near area. Very relaxed environment. The beds were a little to firm for us but no big issue whatsoever.
