★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il borgo dei Pignatari situato nella parte bassa del paese verso nord. L'unica strada che accoglie quello che rimane delle vecchie botteghe viene erroneamente chiamata via delle Fabbriche in realtà il nome corretto è Via Santa Maria la porta. L'unico Laboratorio ancora intatto e lo si ammira in tutta la sua maestosità è il vecchio Laboratorio della Famiglia Latino ormai fermo dal 1986 da quando il maestro Vincenzo Antonio Latino ha smesso di produrre le ceramiche riconosciute come le piu prestigiose per manifattura e colori di tutta la produzione seminarese.
Tale laboratorio sarà destinato a divenire museo a cura della Fondazione Latino costituita dagli eredi del maestro Vincenzo Antonio Latino. Piu giù vi è invece il laboratorio della Famiglia Condurso attualmente in uso e produzione portato avanti da Rocco Condurso ultimo erede lavorante. Nella parte opposta si trovano i vecchi laboratori (maldestramente ed erroneamente restaurati e praticamente snaturati e irriconoscibili) del maestro Natale Russo e poco piu su quello che fu il laboratorio di Paolo Condurso maestro indiscusso delle maschere apotropaiche della ceramica seminarese
 The village of Pignatari located in the lower part of the town towards the north. The only street that houses what remains of the old shops is mistakenly called Via delle Fabbriche, in fact the correct name is Via Santa Maria la porta. The only laboratory still intact and admired in all its majesty is the old Latin Family Laboratory, which has been stopped since 1986, when maestro Vincenzo Antonio Latino stopped producing the ceramics recognized as the most prestigious for manufacturing and colors of all the seminarese production.
This laboratory will be destined to become a museum by the Latin Foundation established by the heirs of the maestro Vincenzo Antonio Latino. Down below there is instead the laboratory of the Condurso Family currently in use and production carried out by Rocco Condurso, the last working heir. On the opposite side there are the old laboratories (clumsily and mistakenly restored and practically unrecognizable) of the maestro Natale Russo and little more on what was the laboratory of Paolo Condurso undisputed master of the apotropaic masks of the seminarian ceramics
