★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo domenicale di grande qualità. Buona qualità di carni (tartare e tagliata con crema di pistachio e guanciale assolutamente consigliati) e primi (triangoli ripieni di ricotta con pomodori e burrata). Dolci gustosi e molto originali nella presentazione.
Personale gentile e l'ambiente è meraviglioso
 Sunday lunch of great quality. Good quality of meats (tartare and cut with pistachio cream and bacon absolutely recommended) and first courses (triangles filled with ricotta with tomatoes and burrata). Tasty and very original desserts in presentation.

Posto meraviglioso da favola, personale disponibile e gentile, pronto e vigile su ogni esigenza, non è mai mancato sul tavolo niente, né acqua né vino nemmeno una posata. Servizio ben organizzato, ambienti ben puliti.... Un esperienza veramente appagante e indimenticabile
I have never been more satisfied than today with the service offered on a public holiday by a restaurant. Wonderful fairytale place, helpful and kind staff, ready and alert to every need, nothing was ever missing on the table, neither water nor wine nor a cutlery. Well organized service, clean rooms .... A truly rewarding and unforgettable experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima posizione con vista eccezionale sulla piana pisana con la città di Pisa e sullo sfondo Livorno, il mare e l'isola di Gorgona.
Invitato ad un pranzo di nozze con celebrazione delle stesse in loco (ero l'officiante) ho potuto soggiornare due notti ed pranzare oltre al banchetto nuziale.
Ho riscontrato grande raffinatezza e cura nella preparazione dei cibi oltre a tutto quanto riguardava le nozze, inoltre piena disponibilità fino a quando tutti gli ospiti non hanno lasciato il ricevimento (oltre le 03:30) con la continua presenza di personale per le necessità degli invitati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando arrivi al borgo senti subito un energia diversa ,positiva rilassata. Io e mo marito abbiamo passato solo una notte in uno degli appartamenti ,ma è bastato per rigenerarsi e tornare a casa con tanta energia . Il posto poi è aiutato da una cucina fantastica servizio ottimo . Qualità prezzo molto interessante. Grazie a tutti voi .Ritorneremo molto presto.
When you arrive at the village you immediately feel a different, relaxed positive energy. My husband and I only spent one night in one of the apartments, but it was enough to regenerate and go home with a lot of energy. The place is then helped by a fantastic kitchen great service. Very interesting price quality. Thanks to all of you. We will be back very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful with an astonishing view during night. I was with a group of 15 people for a graduation dinner. The food was typical from Tuscany (starters and first courses). The waiters are kind and professional. They did not complain even we stayed after 1.30 am.
