Nice place but the wine treatment was really bad and not worth it at all.

Definitely does not meet 5 star hotel status. Property needs serious remodeling. Staff was friendly but understaffed and therefore service was not good. Upper management needs to address quality issues and better staff the hotel.

We recently came here to enjoy our anniversary ?(delayed due to covid). This place is phenomenal, the staff greeted us and catered to our every need. Letting us know all the wonderful options are available providing us a guided tour of the entire hotel. This is a large luxurious spa comprised of a grand bar and restaurant, including dining outside for lunch. The spa has 2 sections, several hot springs one of which has a high salt level to create a zero gravity floating experience. The modern spa with sauna, steam room and outdoor above ground pool, on this side they also have massage ?‍♀️ dermatology services(you are in heaven). There is a great easy walk up the olive tree trail which leads to the top hill to see the tower of pisa(a quick drive). It is a quick drive to lucca for wine tasting (I recommend Tenuta Adamo Winery, see my review on google). At Bagni di Pisa you will enjoy the quality of care and service provided from the phenomenal staff. To the staff at Bagni di Pisa, grazie mille. We will see you again.

The Service was terrible for a 5 star hotel. Especially the resturant and their resturant manager who continuesly would argue for an hour to give us a table, all though the resturant was only half full and we were clients of the hotel. You are not allowed to dine nor use the swimming pool at night unless booked in advance which you wouldnt know if you are a first time customer. Adding to that, that having celiac disease and being refused to eat in their half full resturant by the rude resturant manager, they did not offer to find us a nearby resturant nor suggesting to eat in our room which i had to suggest myself. After repeated complaints both in resturant and reception i managed to get a table at 22. And was greeted by the manager saying i was lucky not to be put on the table nearby a barking dog. The manager also loudly argued with other customers during the dinner for having made sound in the swimming pool earlier in the day. Due to the great dissatisfaction about the resturant manager that we commonly shared with other guests, we made new friends in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and qualifies for a 5 star rating, the service doesnt even qualify for 1 star, and I would not stay again, especially due to the resturant manager who seems to be allowed to freely disturb all the customer and even pointing fingers at them. If you dont care about service the hotel is great

Not what looks like by (most of) the reviews… The hotel and the terme are not well maintained. There's no security for entrance/parking. Everyone can enter the hotel building using the side doors. The hotel and Terme are located in a big and old construction and the lack of signage/maps on the corridors makes you lose some time trying to find yourself. The restaurant experience was zero. Food control zero. It was Sunday, buffet style. There’s no description of what each plate was, allergenics, nothing. The staff in charge of making your plate does not properly use the face mask, or any gloves. Half of the food was exposed to the sun, with no covers or temperature control (all dishes I asked for were completely cold). The entree/salad and desserts tables were completely exposed, no ice to control temperature, no covers or divisions…Even the bread basket on the table was saved, they were hard as if they had been there since the day before. The staff clearly are not trained to work in a restaurant. The spa center is not fumigated! In the Ponente inside pool there’s lots of ant trails going inside/ outside the walls around the pool (probably no one checks that because the only way to reach the walls is entering the pool). The condition of the tiles and rust is horrible. It lacks an adequate ventilation system, and some basic cleaning. On the Levante pools there are no hangers for your towels, and one of the two cabins does not have a shower. The two small rooms with 2 secondary pools are very badly illuminated, more than half of the lights in the pool and the water jets inside are broken, and the floor was very greasy. The sound system does not work! I didn’t have music during the massage or during the other treatment I did with my boyfriend. I think for the 5 stars I saw on the sign outside the hotel, music is a minimum requirement, right? Fortunately I had a good massage with Rossella, very professional and kind, but I would say it is a lottery. My boyfriend paid for the same treatments and was nothing like mine, very disappointed. I could recommend the pools, which in fact are nice, but as I said above, it needs more maintenance to deserve these 5 starts outside.

Can I give more than 5 stars? The most beautiful staff you can hope for, I had a wonderful massage with Susanna, the hotel room was SUPERB… delicious aperitivi with champagne, wonderful restaurant & fab breakfast. Easy parking outside, staff can’t do enough for you. 10/10

We got upgraded to a suite. Had dinner both nights. Great service. Decent wine list. Breakfast -- like most in Italy -- was very simple. Nice self-service car park rotunda. 20 minute drive into central Pisa.
