Lo studio è molto bello e ben curato, con macchinari che difficilmente capita di vedere in altri centri, l’accoglienza è stata ottima e ci è stato spiegato e illustrato tutto con attenzione. Ultimo, ma ovviamente non ultimo, Kevin: è riuscito a capire come fare a “spremerci” senza farci stramazzare, ci ha aiutati a trovare un metodo (anche con dritte alimentari) che da soli stavamo facendo fatica a trovare e, da quando ci alleniamo con lui, abbiamo già visto i primi risultati. Quindi grazie Kevin, grazie BootyShape, un brindisi - con la Coca Zero, giuro! - al nostro primo mese insieme. Allenarsi con Kevin è divertente e stimolante, perchè ti spinge a dare sempre il massimo dandoti consigli e dritte per arrivare al tuo obiettivo. I percorsi sono studiati ad hoc in base alla corporatura ed al risultato che si vuole ottenere. Consigliatissimo! Professional PT studio complete with latest generation machinery. The spaces are large and well designed, and the materials of excellent quality. Training with Kevin is fun and stimulating, because it pushes you to always give your best by giving you advice and tips to get to your goal. The courses are studied ad hoc on the basis of the build and the result to be obtained. Highly recommended!

Con molta professionalità ti segue passo per passo durante l’allenamento, ti motiva a migliorare sempre di più e ad ambire a risultati sempre maggiori, il tutto condito con una grande simpatia e solarità che rende l’allenamento più leggero! (Soprattutto per chi come me non è amante della palestra.) È super disponibile e flessibile con gli orari per permettere anche a chi fa fatica a trovare il tempo da dedicare all’attività fisica di allenarsi regolarmente. Lo studio è grande, molto pulito e ordinato, provvisto di macchinari esclusivi e mirati a svolgere allenamenti personalizzati in base alle proprie necessità ed obiettivi. Consiglio fortemente ?? Dopo un primo allenamento di conoscenza e incentramento dell'obiettivo 2022 abbiamo deciso di procedere con schede e dieta. Lo studio è provvisto di tutte le macchine e gli attrezzi possibili, ora è stato addirittura ampliato. Professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia, con lui non ci si annoia durante l'allenamento.
