C	Chiara _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un abbonamento di 3 mesi e mio padre ha fatto un abbonamento annuale, che sono stati subito interrotti causa covid, ora che sono state riaperte le palestre mi sembra assurdo che io abbia perso i miei 3 mesi di palestra già pagati senza manco poterci andare, dicendomi che se rivoglio i miei tre mesi devo ripagarli e mi saranno dati assurda come cosa che poi i prezzi sono stati pure aumentati mi sembra una truffa bella e buona, la sconsiglio a tutti I made a 3 month subscription and my father made an annual subscription, which were immediately interrupted due to covid, now that the gyms have been reopened it seems absurd that I have lost my 3 months of gym already paid without even being able to go there , telling me that if I want my three months back I have to pay them back and they will be given to me absurd as something that then the prices have also been increased seems to me a nice and good scam, I do not recommend it to everyone

Dopo una pressante campagna telefonica, ho rinnovato l'abbonamento semestrale pochi giorni prima che entrasse in vigore il Green pass e non ho praticamente usufruito nulla del nuovo abbonamento: Essendo contrario all'applicazione di questa norma, ho chiesto il rimborso o perlomeno una soluzione alternativa per non perdere l'importo versato (durante la stipula del contratto mi era stato detto che sarebbe stato impossibile che tale norma venisse applicata anche alle palestre). Nonostante i molti anni di ottimo rapporto, non ho avuto alcun rimborso e nessuna rassicurazione In merito a soluzioni future, ma solo una fredda mail con dei campi compilati di default. Voglio ricordare ai gestori, che non vi è alcuna legge che vieti un rimborso o altra soluzione, si tratta solo di coscienza e di rispetto di un cliente che vi frequentava da anni! Non credo che un simile comportamento possa portare dei buoni risultati.... I had to change a positive opinion that I published some time ago ... Despite many years of excellent relationship, I have had no refunds and no reassurance regarding future solutions, just a cold email with fields filled in by default. I want to remind the managers, that there is no law that prohibits a refund or other solution, it is only the conscience and respect of a customer who has been with you for years! I don't think such behavior can bring good results ....

Attrezzature Technogym, zona per allenamento libero ( ma con accesso solo se consentito da abbonamento), e area corsi con 22 posti, distanziati secondo norme covid. Mi era arrivato sms con proposta lanciò annuale di 147 €, ma alla visita di persona mi è stato detto che sono 147 € per tre mesi all inclusive, più 40 € di iscrizione . Ok per iscrizione, ma nel messaggio pubblicitario era proposto altro, per cui ci sono rimasto mooooolto male. Palestra ideale per chi si trova nella zona e con prezzi non proprio concorrenziali, ma in linea con il mercato in generale. interesting sports club with regard to location, access times and internal sports equipment. Technogym equipment, free training area (but with access only if allowed by subscription), and training area with 22 seats, spaced according to covid rules. I received a text message with an annual proposal of € 147, but on the personal visit I was told that it is € 147 for three months all inclusive, plus € 40 for registration. Ok for registration, but in the advertising message something else was proposed, so I was sooooo bad. Ideal gym for those who are in the area and with prices that are not exactly competitive, but in line with the market in general.

In questi giorni di caldo in sala non si respirava, ho chiesto che venisse abbassata la temperatura per rinfrescare l'ambiente mi hanno risposto che non potevano abbassarla sotto i 27 gradi. Ordini dalla direzione. Ci Siamo allenati anche al buio poiché anche le luci erano spente . Spero che la leg press venga rimessa in funzione al più presto. Spesso quando si verificano dei guasti alle attrezzature i tempi per la rimessa in funzione è lunga.
