★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace veramente tanto come posto! I libri sono bellissimi e c'è un'ampia categoria. Bel negozio anche come cartoleria. Si possono ordinare i libri della scuola (da quello che vedo io). Quindi 5 stelle. Consigliato!
I really like the place! The books are beautiful and there is a wide category. Nice shop also as a stationery. You can order school books (from what I see). So 5 stars. Recommended!

My favorite bookstore and bookseller !!! Small but fairly well stocked library. There are many children's books but if you need something in particular Graziella always tries to help you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mattina del 2 Marzo 2022 mi reco in questa bellissima libreria.
C’è la titolare, così mi dice, Graziella penso si chiami, chiedo per un pagamento della refezione scolastica..
Mi dice che è un servizio che a lei non porta nulla, che devo essere veloce se lo voglio fare perché non so che fretta abbia ma io sono LA sola in negozio… Non c’è nessuno… Chiedo due cose, mi liquida, non è di sua competenza e non è un servizio sul quale ci lucra.
Dopo aver fatto esco ma ricordo di dover prendere una busca per spedire un libro (Anche qui, prende il telefono, mette giù quasi scocciata, mi prende la busta…)
Ho il libro in mano e vorrei chiederle una penna per scrivere l’indirizzo… Mi dice di farlo ALTROVE
Siamo solo io e lei in negozio… (La cortesia non so dove sia finita, sono una madre con un bambino di 18 mesi sul passeggino!!!)
Non ho ancora capito dove deve andare di corsa perché continuare a mandarmi via, sono le DIECI DEL MATTINO, neanche stesse chiudendo o andando chissà dove…
Io capisco che in ogni lavoro ci siano dei momenti in qui ci sono responsabilità a cui pensare, scadenze etc ma non capisco perché io che entro in una libreria, debba venir cacciata via. Una libreria è fatta di calma, si spera, un luogo dove il tempo si ferma, ci soffermiamo a guardare i libri, anche un minimo di “assistenza”, “accoglienza” non starebbe male.
Sono andata via davvero nervosa, gli e l’ho fatto anche notare..
Signora Graziella, sono io! Le ho promesso una recensione.
Spero che la prossima volta sia più cordiale e disponibile.

On the morning of March 2, 2022 I go to this beautiful bookshop.
The owner is there, so she tells me, Graziella I think her name is, I ask for a payment for the school lunch ..
She tells me that it's a service that doesn't bring her anything, that I have to be quick if I want to do it because I don't know what's in a hurry but I'm the only one in the shop ... There is no one ... I ask two things, she liquidates me, it's not of its competence and it is not a service on which it profits us.
After I'm done I go out but I remember having to take an envelope to send a book (Here too, she picks up the phone, puts it down almost annoyed, takes the envelope ...)
I have the book in my hand and I would like to ask her for a pen to write the address ... She tells me to do it ELSEWHERE
It's just me and her in the shop ... (The courtesy I don't know where it ended, I'm a mother with an 18-month-old baby in the stroller !!!)
I still haven't figured out where he has to run because he keeps sending me away, it's TEN IN THE MORNING, not even closing or going who knows where ...
I understand that in every job there are moments in which there are responsibilities to think about, deadlines etc but I don't understand why I, who enter a bookstore, have to be kicked out. A bookshop is made of calm, hopefully, a place where time stops, we stop to look at the books, even a minimum of "assistance", "welcome" would not be bad.
I left really nervous, and I also pointed it out ..
