you come in to buy a book and you come out with lots of books, there is a wide choice, the owners are very kind and if you don't know what to read they give you excellent advice. If any books are missing, they make themselves available to obtain it. They are truly the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innanzitutto il caffè ed i cornetti sono buonissimi, il personale è di una cortesia esemplare e l'esposizione delle novità librarie è molto invitante. Idem per i periodici. Inoltre il gestore favorisce con grande impegno attività ed eventi culturali. In pratica, il cliente è portato a dimenticare di trovarsi in un esercizio commerciale. Bella gente, bel negozio.
First of all, the coffee and croissants are very good, the staff is exemplary courtesy and the display of new books is very inviting. Ditto for periodicals. Furthermore, the manager promotes cultural activities and events with great commitment. In practice, the customer is led to forget that he is in a business. Nice people, nice shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben fornita ma, eccetto i giovani dipendenti, la cordialita' e' come un meteo sereno variabile, puo' accadere di tutto. Un ragazzino di 10-12 anni circa, potenziale cliente, solo e timido, riceve una risposta molto scontrosa solo perche' cercava un libro di inglese e tra i tanti adulti presenti in negozio non era ben riuscito ad inserirsi ed esser chiaro nella sua richiesta. Altra scena paradossale, un bambino che con i genitori chiede il libro che l'insegnante ha chiesto a scuola, ma la risposta e' che l'insegnante ne aveva chiesto uno diverso qualche settimana prima, quindi non era possibile che il bambino avesse ragione, quindi la libreria aveva solo quello concordato, e che quindi "o questo o niente".
Well stocked but, except for the young employees, friendliness is like a changeable clear weather, anything can happen. A boy of about 10-12 years old, potential customer, lonely and shy, receives a very grumpy answer only because he was looking for an English book and among the many adults in the shop he was not able to fit in and be clear in his request. Another paradoxical scene, a child who with his parents asks for the book that the teacher asked for at school, but the answer is that the teacher had asked for a different one a few weeks earlier, so it was not possible that the child was right, so the library only had what they agreed upon, and that therefore "either this or nothing".
