★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per evadere dalla città ero in cerca di una abitazione in affitto temporaneo da raggiungere in pochi kilometri nei week end e dopo aver contattato molte agenzie in loco senza alcun risultato ho trovato agenzia Bonora e mi è bastata una telefonata per capire che Miriam è una persona che ha passione ed esperienza, ha capito subito cosa cercavo. Nonostante le problematiche restrizioni covid, Miriam si è dimostrata sempre professionale, affidabile e sempre disponibile.Senza ombra di dubbio se dovessi avere ancora bisogno mi rivolgerei a loro.

Sono stata in affitto in un appartamento di cui non ho mai ricevuto un contratto effettivo.
Inizialmente gentili sia l’agenzia che la proprietaria dell’appartamento, successivamente si sono dimostrate inaffidabili e senza alcun tipo di confronto.
Terminato il periodo di permanenza come concordato con l’agenzia e la proprietaria dell’appartamento, non è stato rispettato nulla di quanto concordato.
Non ho mai più ricevuto il mio deposito cauzionale, la proprietaria dell’appartamento è sparita assieme ai miei soldi e non c’è stato alcun tipo di mediazione e soprattutto tutela da parte dell’agenzia.
PESSIMI.

I have been renting an apartment for which I have never received an actual contract.
Initially both the agency and the owner of the apartment were kind, they later proved unreliable and without any kind of confrontation.
After the period of stay as agreed with the agency and the owner of the apartment, nothing of what was agreed was respected.
I never received my security deposit again, the owner of the apartment disappeared along with my money and there was no mediation and above all protection from the agency.
