★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio telefonico pessimo! Ho provato 6 volte ed ogni volta rimango in attesa, scalando la graduatoria, per poter parlare con un operatore. Quando finalmente arriva il mio turno, riattaccano senza motivo... Indignato per il pessimo servizio!! Vergogna
Bad telephone service! I have tried 6 times and each time I am waiting, climbing the ranking, to be able to speak to an operator. When my turn finally comes, they hang up for no reason ... Outraged at the bad service !! Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPOSSIBILE POTER COMUNICARE VIA TELEFONO,il centralino dopo la lunga attesa ti dice che non può passare le telefonata(a che serve un centralino?)nemmeno se sei stata invitata a farlo dagli addetti di una pratica,per non fare il viaggio a vuoto!
La sig.Antonella gentilissima,e insieme alla collega, forniscono grande competenza....ma per arrivare alla pratica bisogna girare come trottole a causa del centralinista
IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE VIA TELEPHONE, the switchboard after the long wait tells you that it cannot pass the phone call (what's the use of a switchboard?) Even if you have been invited to do so by the employees of a file, so as not to make the trip empty!
Mrs. Antonella very kind, and together with her colleague, provide great competence .... but to get to the practice you have to spin like tops because of the switchboard operator
