Nonostante il proprietario sia sicuramente preparato ed esperto in materia il problema è il servizio e come vengono trattati i clienti. In quanto sciatore base/intermedio mi sono recato con intenzione di acquistare sci di fascia media. Il gestore mi ha spiegato in maniera estremamente tecnica e incomprensibile le caratteristiche di qualche prodotto, nel farlo è stato molto scorbutico, trattandomi male in quanto inesperto e rispondendo in modo scortese a semplici domande. Per finire sono stato aggredito verbalmente in modo piuttosto aggressivo solo per aver preso in mano il telefono nel tentativo di guardare che ore fossero. Capisco perfettamente che il commerciante aveva paura che cercassi recensioni dei suoi sci online, tuttavia non posso accettare questo trattamento per aver controllato solamente l'orario, senza aver nemmeno sbloccato lo schermo. Atteggiamento inaccettabile, sono stato a disagio e trattato male, sono uscito dal negozio e non ci tornerò mai più. Peccato perchè i prodotti erano validi, avrei sicuramente acquistato se trattato con un po' di educazione e rispetto. Small shop very well stocked, with high quality products, reasonable prices. The manager explained to me in an extremely technical and incomprehensible way the characteristics of some product, in doing so he was very grumpy, treating me badly as inexperienced and responding rudely to simple questions. Finally I was verbally assaulted rather aggressively just for picking up the phone in an attempt to look at what time it was. I fully understand that the trader was afraid that I was looking for reviews of his skis online, however I cannot accept this treatment for having only checked the time, without even having unlocked the screen. Unacceptable attitude, I was uncomfortable and treated badly, I walked out of the shop and will never go back. Too bad because the products were valid, I would certainly have bought if treated with a little education and respect.

L'esperienza e la competenza del titolare sono indiscutibili, peccato solo per la sua cortesia. E' una persona con la quale è davvero piacevole scambiare quattro parole, però, se non è giornata il rischio è di essere trattati in malo modo (e sono cortese) magari per una richiesta non allineata ai suoi canoni. Davvero un peccato perche come negozio resta il meglio. Valuterò seriamente se è il caso di tornarci. Il titolare però, probabilmente vedendomi inesperto, se n’è approfittato, facendomi pagare ben 95 EUR! Cifra completamente fuori mercato, informandomi successivamente sono venuto a sapere che per lo stesso periodo di tempo vengono chiesti 30 euro circa. Peccato, perché mi ero trovato bene, però dopo questo comportamento poco onesto mi rivolgerò sicuramente altrove in futuro. I rented some ski equipment in early December for a week.
