m	mattia santambrogio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ male male......sono stato in vacanza di piacere a luino..e mi abbatto in questo negozio..i vestiti sembrano di fattura cinese al contrario di come ti fa credere la commessa quando li provi e te li vuole vendere ..per non parlare dei prezzi alle stelle un posto da non tornarci sicuramente e da evitare bad bad ...... I have been on a pleasure holiday in luino..and i break down in this shop..the clothes seem to be chinese made contrary to how the saleswoman makes you believe when you try them on and want to sell them. . not to mention the skyrocketing prices, a place not to go back for sure and to be avoided

Peccato che la commessa/proprietaria sia maleducata, scortese, crede di fare un favore al cliente e lo tratta come se se fo costretta a vendere. La mia esperienza in questo negozio è inverosimile: Andavo in quel negozio un paio di volte l'anno, vivendo in Svizzera mi era difficle poter andare e andavo solo per determinati eventi, anche lo scorso Aprile o Marzo non ricordo,s andata ho provato un paio di capi e sono andata via senza prendere nulla perché non mi convincevano molto ed essendo abbastanza costosi non valeva la pena prendere qualcosa senza esserne davvero sicura. Sono tornata oggi dopo 6 mesi circa e ho provato 3 vestiti, ma anche stavolta non mi piacevano molto e non erano ciò che cercavo. Allora ho detto che ci avrei pensato. La proprietaria allora mi attacca dicendomi che non sono li a perdere tempo....allora ho detto che comunque l'anno prima avevo preso due vestiti da 100€ l'uno e lei come una bambina viziata fa delle smorfie e dice si certo 20 anni fa... Bene sono uscita abbastanza incredula e non andrò più. Mi dispiace davvero ma se persone decidono di aprire un negozio che ci mettano un minimo di educazione e passione nel fare il proprio lavoro. Very beautiful and special clothes. Too bad the saleswoman / owner is rude, rude, believes she does the customer a favor and treats him as if I have to sell. My experience in this shop is unlikely: I used to go to that store a couple of times a year, living in Switzerland it was difficult for me to go and I went only for certain events, even last April or March I don't remember, I left I tried a couple of garments and I left without taking nothing because they didn't convince me much and being expensive enough it wasn't worth taking something without being really sure. I came back today after about 6 months and tried 3 dresses, but again I didn't like them much and they weren't what I was looking for. So I said I'd think about it. The owner then attacks me telling me that I'm not wasting time .... so I said that in any case the year before I had taken two dresses for € 100 each and she like a spoiled child makes faces and says yes of course 20 Years ago... Well I went out pretty incredulous and I won't go anymore. I'm really sorry, but if people decide to open a store they will put a minimum of education and passion into doing their job.
