Naturalmente molta esperienza che viene dalla famiglia del proprietario, che da decenni ormai possiede e gestisce questa attività; il vecchio bancone in legno massiccio usurato ne è una testimonianza. Esperienza che sa anche consigliare in modo personalizzato il cliente su eventuali problematiche che lo riguardano. Un valore aggiunto che nei grossi centri commerciali non si ha, perché è tutto standardizzato ed il personale giovane non possiede la necessaria esperienza che si guadagna sul campo con decenni di attività.
