Disdicono gli appuntamenti un'ora prima, dicono che una casa non è disponibile e non è vero (informazione certa conoscendo personalmente il proprietario), promettono di richiamare e non richiamano. Dicono che ti contattano appena prendono in affidamento qualche appartamento che soddisfa le richieste e poi pubblicano l'annuncio senza dare priorità a chi ha chiamato settimane prima. Cinque appuntamenti su cinque andati deserti. Addirittura levano l'annuncio, così richiami per sapere se è ancora disponibile, confermano l'appuntamento e poi poco prima ti richiamano per disdire, quando ormai ti sei già organizzato con il lavoro e gli impegni personali.
Zero professionalità e rispetto per il cliente
The worst agency in Isernia.
They cancel their appointments an hour before, they say that a house is not available and it is not true (certain information knowing the owner personally), they promise to call back and do not call back. They say they contact you as soon as they take over some apartment that meets the demands and then post the ad without prioritizing who called weeks ago. Five out of five dates gone deserted. They even raise the announcement, so you call back to know if it is still available, confirm the appointment and then shortly before they call you back to cancel, when you have already organized yourself with work and personal commitments.
