Li chiamo a 2ore e mezza di strada per un annuncio su auto scout 24, 2 giorni prima di partire li chiamo facendo presente che chiamo dalla Liguria e che se l'auto era disponibile mi sarei precipitato il giorno seguente, mi confermano di si e che tranquillamente mi aspettavano il giorno seguente per farmi visionare l'auto ed eventualmente concludere l'affare , di fatti il giorno seguente mi metto in viaggio e per scrupolo ,strada facendo ri telefono per assicurarmi di nom fare un viaggio a vuoto ed ancora una volta mi confermano di stare tranquillo e che mi aspettavano morale arrivo in concessionaria e quando chiedo di farmi vedere l'auto mi guardano stupiti e mi dicono che l'auto era venduta?...chiedo spiegazioni e mi guardano senza parole, laddove quello senza parole ero io....mi hanno promesso che mi avrebbero fatto contattare dal responsabile ma non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata, se ne sono fregati visto che l'auto in qualsiasi modo l'avevano piazzata quindi perché disturbarsi a scusarsi con un

Professionalism .... they don't know what it is !! I call them at 2 and a half hours on the road for an announcement on auto scout 24, 2 days before leaving I call them, making it clear that I am calling from Liguria and that if the car was available I would have rushed the following day, they confirm me yes and that they were quietly waiting for me the following day to let me view the car and possibly conclude the deal, in fact the following day I set off on a journey and scrupulously, on the way on the phone to make sure I didn't make a void journey and once again I they confirm that they are calm and that they were waiting for me, I arrive at the dealership and when I ask them to show me the car they look at me amazed and they tell me that the car was sold ... I ask for explanations and they look at me without words, where the one without words was me .... they promised me that they would get me in touch with the manager but I didn't receive any calls, they didn't care since the car was placed in any way so why bother to apologize to a
