Ho deciso di prenotare le bomboniere per il primo compleanno della mia bimba,ho riscontrato da subito molta professionalità e gentilezza; dalla prenotazione alla consegna, una consegna per di più impeccabile nei tempi e nei modi, un grazie a Davide per aver imballato ogni singola bomboniera in modo che arrivasse a destinazione senza danni. Ci risentiremo per il prossimo evento. I was searching on Google for a wedding favor shop on the Italy / Switzerland border and so I came across the BombonierediElisa website; I immediately contacted someone through the chat on the site and I had all the information I needed. I decided to book favors for my baby's first birthday, I immediately found a lot of professionalism and kindness; from booking to delivery, a delivery that is impeccable in terms of timing and methods, thanks to Davide for having packed every single favor so that it arrived at its destination without damage. Circa tre settimane dopo aver fatto il bonifico inizio a non avere più risposte, non rispondevano al telefono e se rispondevano dicevano che era tutto pronto e che mi avrebbero mandato le foto (mai ricevute), così passano due mesi di messaggi e chiamate senza risposta. Il 2 Marzo (tre mesi dopo) tramite messaggio ho avuto il numero della spedizione e le foto delle bomboniere. Il 4 marzo, il pacco è arrivato. ( conferma del fatto che non è stato un problema di spedizione, perché ci ha messo solo due giorni ad arrivare) Il prodotto è di qualità, la confezione curata nei particolari, con ottima realizzazione estetica. Sta di fatto però che 3 mesi di attesa sono troppi, anche se qualità è ottima. I contacted the owner of the shop for graduation favors on December 6th. About three weeks after making the transfer I start to get no more answers, they didn't answer the phone and if they answered they said that everything was ready and that they would send me the photos (never received), so two months of messages and unanswered calls pass. On March 2nd (three months later) I received the shipment number and photos of the favors by message. On March 4th, the package arrived. (confirmation that it was not a shipping problem, as it only took two days to arrive) The product is of quality, the packaging with attention to detail, with excellent aesthetic realization. The fact is, however, that 3 months of waiting are too long, even if the quality is excellent.

Ho trovato una grande professionista, che lavora con passione, onestà e puntualità. Fantastico allestimento al battesimo, nonostante lo spazio non fosse molto e grazie ai palloncini gonfiati sul momento per il tavolo delle bomboniere c'è stata una sorta di animazione per i bimbi. La mia prima idea era una torta bomboniera con un leoncino qualsiasi, invece gli ospiti sono rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da una bomboniera "green" con pianta grassa ed un vasetto con un leoncino creato a mano. Che dire... Strepitosa!!! I met Bomboniere Elisa by chance, looking at the site I was curious because I was looking for something special and that was not the usual "trashable favor" for my son's baptism. I found a great professional who works with passion, honesty and punctuality. Fantastic setting for the baptism, despite the space not much and thanks to the balloons inflated on the spot for the table of favors there was a sort of animation for the children. My first idea was a favor cake with any lion cub, instead the guests were pleasantly surprised by a "green" favor with a succulent plant and a jar with a handmade lion. What can I say ... Amazing !!!
