★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran posto, panini Sardi al top. In servizio non è stato velocissimo per usare un eufemismo ma sono sicuro che miglioreranno, per questo do 5 stelle. Bologna aveva bisogno di un bar così, ci tornerò.
Great place, Sardinian sandwiches at the top. In service it has not been very fast to put it mildly but I am sure they will improve so I give 5 stars. Bologna needed a bar like that, I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle meritatissime, panini esagerati ed esageratamente buoni (il mio ragazzo ha detto che è stato il più buono che abbia mai mangiato).
Tra Pecorino, Caprino dolce e Casizolu questo locale rispecchia la tradizione culinaria sarda con un tocco di americanità.
Io ho preso un S’Americanu mentre il mio ragazzo ha preso un Ampsicora (entrambi in foto).
Come contorno abbiamo preso delle Patate Bonas (prima bollite e poi fritte, accompagnate con una salsa) e delle Patate Casu e Pepe (patatine fritte accompagnate con cacio grattuggiato e pepe).
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, consigliatissimo! ?
Well deserved 5 stars, over the top and over the top good sandwiches (my boyfriend said it was the best he has ever eaten).
Between Pecorino, Caprino dolce and Casizolu this place reflects the Sardinian culinary tradition with a touch of Americanness.
I took an S’Americanu while my boyfriend took an Ampsicora (both in the photo).
As a side dish we took Bonas Potatoes (first boiled and then fried, accompanied with a sauce) and Potato Casu e Pepe (French fries accompanied with grated cheese and pepper).
Very friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburger spettacolare! Si sentiva proprio che i prodotti erano di qualità! Abbiamo notato grande cura dei dettagli, e gentilezza da parte della ragazza che ci ha servito! Gli abbinamenti proposti davvero azzeccati, e anche il semifreddo alla ricotta, per quanto semplice, era davvero buono! Torneremo presto?
Spectacular hamburger! You really felt that the products were quality! We noticed great attention to detail, and kindness from the girl who served us! The proposed combinations really hit the spot, and even the ricotta semifreddo, as simple as it was, was really good! We will be back soon?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, il piatto forte ovviamente sono i panini… Sono hamburger meravigliosi: il pane ottimo, la carne di pecora è fantastica e gli accostamenti anche un po’ particolari che potete trovare nel loro menu anche online sono davvero riusciti. I panini secondo me vanno dall’otto al 10 a secondo dei tipi e dei gusti … Ci siamo appieno. Probabilmente potrebbero costare uno o due euro in meno senza diventare un affare, e secondo me dovrebbero… Però non uscirete pentiti della spesa spesa
Il personale è complessivamente gentile e disponibile, molto giovane ma palesemente già con una discreta esperienza: nessun problema neanche da questo punto di vista
il locale è piccolo ma non piccolissimo, ben tenuto e pulito… Non lo definirei intimo perché è abbastanza minimalista e leggermente freddino, probabilmente perché tutto è ancora fosse troppo nuovo
il resto non è all’altezza: i dolci sono discreti ma nulla più, il crème caramel è una crema troppo liquida e non compatta… Il dolce di ricotta ha sicuramente una grande genuinità e freschezza ma non lascia il segno… E anche il dolce tipico sardo non è particolarmente equilibrato a mio avviso
il caffè é solo in cialde e ho evitato perché volevo un buon espresso
la birra è solo la famosa sarda di proprietà Heineken alla spina: a chi piace va benissimo

They are wonderful burgers: the bread is excellent, the sheep meat is fantastic and the combinations, even a little special, that you can find on their menu also online are really successful. In my opinion, the sandwiches range from eight to 10 depending on the type and taste ... We are fully there. They could probably cost a euro or two less without becoming a bargain, and in my opinion they should ... But you won't go out regretting the expense.
The staff is overall kind and helpful, very young but clearly already with a good experience: no problem even from this point of view
the place is small but not very small, well kept and clean ... I would not call it intimate because it is quite minimalist and slightly chilly, probably because everything is still too new
the rest is not up to par: the desserts are discreet but nothing more, the crème caramel is a cream that is too liquid and not compact ... The ricotta cake certainly has a great authenticity and freshness but does not leave its mark ... And also the typical dessert Sardinian is not particularly balanced in my opinion
the coffee is only in pods and I avoided it because I wanted a good espresso
the beer is only the famous Sardinian owned Heineken on tap: those who like it are fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho scoperto x caso e mi ha entusiasmato! Locale delizioso, piccolino ma molto curato e pulitissimo, mi è piaciuto tanto anche lo stile dell'arredamento. Cibo ?, prezzi consoni alla qualità, tutto freschissimo, ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Pietanze abbinate sapientemente, si capisce che dietro c'è un gran lavoro e tanto impegno. Personale giovane e gentile, bravi ragazzi?? ? consigliatissimo!!!
I discovered it by chance and I was thrilled! Delicious place, small but very nice and very clean, I also liked the style of the furniture a lot. Food ?, prices in line with the quality, all very fresh, also excellent wine selection. Wisely combined dishes, it is clear that there is a lot of work and commitment behind it. Ottimo il pane, non il solito pane da hamburger. Ottima la carne e speciale il pecorino erborinato. Tutti gli elementi che compongono il panino sono equilibrati. Mentre lo mangi non cadono "pezzi" da tutte le parti, rimane composto. Morso dopo morso riesci ad assaporare l'insieme di gusto che è veramente delizioso.
Un suggerimento, se hai esigenze di cotture particolari per l'hamburger, al momento dell'ordine fallo presente perchè loro non chiedono il grado di cottura.
le patatine sono da ordinare a parte e le porzioni sono molto abbondanti.
Inoltre è da tenere presente che la cucina chiude alle 22.30.
Parcheggio impossibile, ma... siamo a Bologna
● COSA HO MANGIATO: Bombas - hamburger di maiale, pecorino erborinato a scaglie, noci tritate, pancetta croccante, rucola selvatica, lattuga, pomodorini e crema di noci. Patate fritte cacio e pepe
● COSA HO BEVUTO: ovviamente un'Ichnusa non filtrata
● LOCALE: abbiamo cenato all'interno. Il tavolo è molto piccolo, ma fra loro sono distanziati. Il locale è piccolissimo ma nonostante questo non c'era per nulla confusione
● PERSONALE: servizio veloce e personale molto cortese e attento.
● PREZZO: giusto rapporto qualità e prezzo.
● CONSIGLIO: lo consiglio vivamente, i panini sono veramente buoni. Tutti ingredienti freschissimi.
● ATTENZIONE AL COVID: buona attenzione, tavoli ben distanziati personale con la mascherina. Chi era in cucina indossava la mascherina. Controllo del green pass all'ingresso.
A "bombas" of burgers in every sense!
Excellent bread, not the usual burger bread. The meat is excellent and the blue pecorino is special. All the elements that make up the sandwich are balanced. While you eat it, "pieces" do not fall all over the place, it remains composed. Bite after bite you get to savor the combination of taste that is truly delicious.
A suggestion, if you have special cooking needs for the burger, when ordering please indicate it because they do not ask for the degree of cooking.
the fries are to be ordered separately and the portions are very generous.
It should also be borne in mind that the kitchen closes at 10.30pm.
Impossible to park, but ... we are in Bologna
● WHAT I EATEN: Bombas - pork burger, flaked blue cheese, chopped walnuts, crispy bacon, wild rocket, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and walnut cream. Fried potatoes with cheese and pepper
● WHAT DID I DRINK: obviously an unfiltered Ichnusa
● LOCAL: we dined inside. The table is very small, but they are spaced apart. The place is very small but despite this there was no confusion at all
● STAFF: fast service and very courteous and attentive staff.
● PRICE: fair value for money.
● TIP: I highly recommend it, the sandwiches are really good. All the freshest ingredients.
● ATTENTION TO COVID: good attention, well-spaced tables staff with masks. Whoever was in the kitchen wore a mask. Check the green pass at the entrance.
