★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho traslocato anni addietro utilizzando questa Ditta, ed essendo stata molto soddisfatta dall esperienza ho sperato in un risultato analogo qualche settimana fa, organizzando un trasloco di mobili relativamente piccolo dal Lazio alla Toscana. Purtroppo questa volta ho trovato la qualità del servizio nettamente peggiorata. La persona con cui ho fatto il sopralluogo ha scritto una lista sommaria dei mobili e oggetti da trasportare, omettendo molti articoli sebbene io gli avessi anche telefonato per ricordarglieli. Percio i trasportatori non sapevano cosa includere nel carico, ne’ degli accordi di smontaggio (presi in precedenza) relativi ad una cappa sulla macchina del gas.
Gli scatoloni contenenti libri e oggetti non mostravano all’ esterno altro che scarabocchi e abbreviazioni del contenuto, rendendone molto confusa l’identificazione. Un imballaggio speciale da me richiesto per il trasporto di un candelabro antico molto pesante sono state ignorate ed è stato imballato invece un piccolo Murano leggerissimo. Sinceramente non consiglio questa Ditta se si vuole affrontare un trasloco in serenità.
 I moved years ago using this company, and having been very satisfied with the experience I hoped for a similar result a few weeks ago, organizing a relatively small furniture move from Lazio to Tuscany. Unfortunately this time I found the quality of the service significantly deteriorated. The person I surveyed with wrote a summary list of the furniture and objects to be transported, omitting many items although I had also phoned him to remind him. Therefore the transporters did not know what to include in the load, nor the disassembly agreements (taken previously) relating to a hood on the gas machine.
The boxes containing books and objects showed nothing on the outside but scribbles and abbreviations of the content, making identification very confusing. A special packaging requested by me for the transport of a very heavy antique candelabra was ignored and a small, very light Murano was packed instead. I honestly do not recommend this company if you want to deal with a move in peace.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Bolliger company for an international move. Punctuality, availability, professionalism and courtesy have made an otherwise complex move an easy and serene experience. In particular I wanted to mention Catalin's kindness and professionalism, with whom it was a great pleasure to interact. The rates applied are commensurate with the service rendered.
