Manca il terzo e definitivo trasloco. Quello con cui spero di poterli annoverare tra i traslocatori dell’Olimpo. Sono gentili, professionali, sempre disponibili. E cosa non da poco, sono economici. La prossima volta spero di poter aggiungere la quinta stella! I give four stars and not five because I miss the last part of the move. So far I have made two with them, one of which from Milan to Rome. The third and final move is missing. The one with which I hope to be able to count them among the removers of Olympus. Veloci, precisi, efficienti e gentilissimi, sia "sul campo" sia nella fase preparatoria. Hanno fatto in pochissimo tempo, e alla perfezione, tutto ciò che era stato pattuito, venendoci incontro per ogni nostra esigenza, sempre col sorriso e con straordinaria cortesia. Hanno smontato, portato via, rimontato e sistemato nel nuovo appartamento con una rapidità e una cura che ci ha molto colpito. Il famoso stress da trasloco, in questo modo, è stato ridotto davvero ai minimi termini, come mai mi era capitato fino a ora. Esperienza che non solo rifarei ma che ho già consigliato alle persone che conosco con una frase molto semplice:"Se hai bisogno di un trasloco, rivolgiti a Roma Easy senza pensarci due volte". Personalmente non avevo molto carico ma ho avuto bisogno del loro aiuto per trasporto ed imballaggio fino a Torino. È andato tutto bene, piccolo imprevisto finale per mancata comunicazione ma risolto in modo veloce e puntuale. Kindness and availability, I recommend you rely on Roma Easy if you need to move. Personally, I didn't have a lot of cargo but I needed their help with transport and packaging to Turin. Everything went well, small unexpected event due to lack of communication but resolved quickly and on time.
