M	Monica Carrassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato! Sgagliozze anche per celiaci , tartare di tonno con stracciatella e pistacchio (senza glutine) ottima. Domenica a pranzo, primi buonissimi. Recommended! Sgagliozze also for celiacs, tuna tartare with stracciatella and pistachio (gluten-free) excellent. Sunday for lunch, very good first courses.
P	P Piekarska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobra pizza, ale arancini i polenta nas nie kupiły, przede wszystkim arancini z ragu nie smakowało tak jak powinno. Wciąż jest to jedna z lepszych miejscówek w okolicach S. spirito. Niestety nie zawsze otwarta zgodnie z godzinami podanymi na drzwiach/w google i za to jest gwiazdka w dół. Good pizza, but the arancini and polenta didn't buy us, especially the arancini from the ragu didn't taste as it should. It is still one of the best spots around S. spirito. Unfortunately, it is not always open according to the hours indicated on the door / in google and it is star down.

D	Daniele Sagulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante si presenta in un ambiente ricercato, ma non vi fate ingannare.... Del menù si poteva ordinare solo brace e pinsa. No antipasti, no primi, no secondi, no dolce. Da sottolineare che non hanno un menù pinsa se proprio la vogliamo chiamare così, in quanto la forma e l'impasto erano tali e quali a quelli di una pizza classica. L'aspetto è più imbarazzante della serata è sicuramente la grigliata per DUE PERSONE alla modica cifra di 30,00€. Includeva due salsicce, una fetta di pollo a metà, una costina a metà e due "tocchi" di grasso di manzo con un po' di carne, anche chiamata da loro "bistecca di manzo". Tralasciando la consistenza pietosa, levato il grasso si poteva mangiare in un solo boccone. La carne non è stata accompagnata da olio e sale che ho dovuto richiedere separatamente, mentre la carne si freddava. La scelta del contorno era tra verdure grigliate o ... verdure grigliate; nonchè una zucchina e mezza melanzana scondite. Grande delusione, non ci torneremo. The restaurant presents itself in a refined setting, but don't be fooled .... On the menu you could only order embers and pinsa. No appetizers, no first courses, no second courses, no dessert. It should be emphasized that they do not have a pinsa menu if we really want to call it that, as the shape and the dough were the same as those of a classic pizza. The most embarrassing aspect of the evening is certainly the barbecue for TWO PEOPLE for the modest sum of € 30.00. It included two sausages, a slice of chicken in half, a rib in half and two "touches" of beef fat with some meat, also called "beef steak" by them. Leaving aside the pitiful consistency, the fat removed could be eaten in one bite. The meat was not accompanied by oil and salt which I had to request separately, while the meat was cold. The choice of side dish was between grilled vegetables or ... grilled vegetables; as well as a courgette and a half eggplant unseasoned. Big disappointment, we won't be back.

Poca pulizia ai tavoli ed essendo self service abbiamo dovuto chiedere bicchieri di carta e tovagliolini in più. Peccato mancasse il pane che in altri posti viene servito. Positivo il servizio veloce. Da migliorare. Vogliamo dare fiducia. Tested yesterday for the first time. Not very digestible pizza. Abundant frying but the calamari hard to chew and too large pieces. Little cleaning at the tables and being self service we had to ask for extra paper cups and napkins. Too bad there was no bread that is served in other places. Positive fast service. To improve. We want to trust.

L'ho trovata molto digeribile. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Assolutamente da riprovare. Excellent product quality, abundant and very good frying. Excellent value for money. Pizza cooked to perfection and very well seasoned. I found it very digestible. Friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely to try again.
D	Daniele Dionisio Ceglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietà. “Qui si gode” e il panificio “Focaccia & Panzerotti”, alle 18, hanno rifiutato l’ordinazione perché non potevano garantirla. Invece “Bola” l’accetta, per le 20.30. Alle 20.25 sono lì per ritirarla, mi fanno pagare e attendo. Ordine pronto alle 21.05. Non si lavora così. Un consiglio: non pagate prima così siete liberi di andarvene se hanno preso ordinazioni senza essere in grado di rispettarle. Risposta: è troppo mezz’ora! Ora di più sapendo che avete consegnato ordini in anticipo (forse agli amici? E gli sconosciuti li facciamo aspettare 40 minuti al freddo in una giornata particolare?). Potevate dirmi “passa alle 9”…la serietà non è prendere ordini per 300 panzerotti e non rispettare gli orari. Little seriousness.
